Q: How long will it take to ship my order (Bhaeli Return & Shipping Policy)?

At Kov Enterprises, All domestic and international orders are made to order and take approximately 7-10 business days to ship from our studio. Additional delivery time is approximately 3-4 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Q: How much will shipping cost?

Domestic Orders: We are delighted to offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

International Orders: Free shipping is available for international orders above ₹20,000. For orders below ₹20,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, you can update your shipping details within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing us at hello@bhaeli.com. Once the order is billed or shipped, address changes will not be possible.

Q: What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate, including the zip code and a reachable phone number.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is Bhaeli’s policy on returns and exchanges?

At Bhaeli, every product is meticulously handcrafted to meet the highest quality standards. As a general policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered as per the order and in perfect condition. Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a significant defect.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are available for issues such as incorrect fit or damaged products.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@bhaeli.com within 7 days of receiving the product, including details and clear images (if applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for returning the product to our studio. The product must be unused and accompanied by all original documentation.
  • Once our team reviews the returned item, an exchange will be processed based on size availability. If the desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued as store credit.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us at hello@bhaeli.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order details and images of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue. The item must be unused and returned with original packaging and documentation.

Q: Are in-store returns or exchanges allowed for online purchases?

Currently, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in physical stores.
